Made from premium kid mohair, this exceptionally soft, glossy fiber comes in an array of luminous colors. This versatile fiber is known for being cool in summer and warm in winter. Mohair breathes, absorbing and releasing atmospheric moisture and controlling its own ‘climate’ to ensure optimal comfort. Products made from mohair have an innate elasticity, which ensures they hold their shape. Kid mohair fiber is from baby, or kid, goats at 6 months and 12 months. The coat is at its softest before the goat matures.

South African mohair is made from Angora goats and is globally known as the finest fiber out there. The fleece has been refined through careful breeding programs. These goats are not harmed at all in the harvesting process, which occurs twice yearly.
